I just finished sketchbook #6, which can be found here http://issuu.com/mdee/docs/sketchbook6, with the exception of one spread, which I somehow missed during scanning, and I have been too lazy to correct at this time. (it was just a doodle of a bird with flowers, perhaps this will be corrected someday).
